Mail or Fax Ordering

STEP 1. Download and print out the forms necessary to establish an account and place an order.
STEP 2. Check the prices of the medications you wish to order and complete the order form.  Contact your physician and have copies of your prescriptions faxed to: 866-666-4443
STEP 3. Fax the completed forms along with your prescriptions to 866-666-4443.  If you need assistance in getting copies of your prescription(s) from your doctor, call 888-949-0076 and we will contact your physician for you and provide a form.  Also, call Save On Meds if you are unable to fax the forms.   Save On Meds will provide a postage paid envelope for you to use.

STEP 1. Call our Customer Service Center at 888-949-0076 and one of our operators will assist you through the process of price checking, registration, and ordering.  We will even contact your physician to get your prescription(s).
