Shipping & Handling

At Save On Meds, our commitment is to have your prescription order reviewed, processed and ready for shipment within 1-3 business days from receipt of your completed information. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order from, the US or Canada. We use Canada Post Xpresspost for orders shipped from Canada, which includes a tracking number and insurance on the first $100 of an order. Orders shipped from overseas may take up to 21 days.  Shipping is only $13.00 per country and $6.00 from the US shipped to one address.  A husband, wife, and children will only pay one shipping charge per order.  Next day delivery from our US pharmacy is available for an extra charge.

Return Policy

No refunds, returns or exchanges are possible for any drug or medication once shipped to you. This is the law in the USA, Canada, and overseas. However if your package is lost or damaged during shipping the dispensing pharmacy will issue a full refund or replace your order upon verification .

Drug Policy

In order to process your order, Save On Meds must receive a valid, signed prescription from a licensed US doctor. Additionally, Save On Meds and its representatives will not handle any narcotic pharmaceuticals or other controlled substances such as benzodiazepines. Due to FDA regulations, you may order up to a three-month supply plus up to three refills of your medication for personal use. Any amount above this three-month limit is not considered "personal use".

Privacy Policy

Your information is very important to us. Save On Meds, its affiliated Canadian Pharmacy, and its affiliated Canadian physician understand the importance of your privacy and recognize your right to have your personal information safeguarded. We ensure the highest ethical and professional standards for confidentiality. Customer information is not available to any other business entity. In order to review your prescription and process your order in a quick and timely manner, Save On Meds, requires certain personal data and credit card information. However, we do not ask for your social security number.

Visitors to our website are not tracked on an individual basis although certain voluntary information may be collected to improve the content and design of our website.

The information you provide to us when placing an order enables us to process your order. It is only shared with those parties required to complete the order. For instance, our affiliated Canadian physician must review your "Medical Data" to authorize your prescription, as per Canadian Law. When required, it may be necessary to release information directly to you, the customer and the authorized physician caring for you, the customer. Also, to ship the products ordered, your name and address must be disclosed to the postal service. We also use the information you provide to confirm shipment and delivery (e.g., by telephone, fax or e-mail).

When provided, e-mail addresses are used to answer specific individual requests, to confirm the status of an order and inform you of any change or additions to our service. E-mail addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties. Any voluntary information gathered may be used to improve the content and design of our website but is not tracked or identified by individual user.

Save On Meds, its affiliated Canadian Pharmacy and its affiliated Canadian physician have implemented necessary procedures to prevent unauthorized access to information, to maintain data security and to ensure all information is used appropriately.

Any privacy policy changes that may be necessary will be posted here so that you are always informed and updated.
